First-Year Housing

From the moment you’re assigned to a residence hall, your lifelong connection to a Susquehanna community will begin. You’ll live with other first-year students, with whom you’ll take classes and socialize — all while learning more about yourself and others.

HOUSING APPLICATION PROCESS

All students must complete a housing registration or housing exemption form in the Housing Self-Service portal (login is required).

The housing registration form is designed to gather details about you. Here, you provide information about yourself and your lifestyle preferences. It is important to answer honestly so you can be paired with a compatible roommate. You also have the option to select a roommate, whether it’s someone you already know, your own search on the Housing Self-Service page or by connecting with other incoming students on ZeeMee.

If you do not have a roommate in mind, that is okay! The Residence Life team reviews all housing applications and students will be matched based on their responses.
